The “Guest Journey Game” tablet app is a digital board game. This game is part of a design method called “from Guest Journey to guest satisfaction” and is specifically designed to have discussions about how the activities are facilitated in a building. The users (designteam) will eventually decide which activities need attention and define the “designbrief”. This application is to be used in conjunction with the telephone app.
Users play the board game together and discuss the different “Guest Journeys” that have been submitted. By way of discussion they are able to specify points of attention within the different activities. The discussions are moderated by trained personnel who will then take out all the important information from the discussion for later use in different analyses. The game is finished when there is enough information to conclude which activity will be analyzed in the following steps of the method and which the design brief is given (costs, time etc.).
